Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 5:30am – 7:30pm. Wednesday: 9:00am – 7:30pm. Saturday: 7:30am – 11:00am. Sunday: Closed (group bookings only).
We recommend booking to guarantee your spot, especially during peak hours (3pm–7pm). Walk-ins are welcome when there's availability, but we cap sessions at 10 people so it's best to book ahead.
Bring swimmers/board shorts, a towel, and a water bottle. That's it. We keep it simple.
Yes. Every session — whether it's a 30-minute casual or an unlimited membership — gives you full access to ice baths, magnesium hot pool, steam sauna, and compression boots. No tiers, no upsells.
Cold enough to do the job. We keep it between 4–8°C. It's contrast therapy, so you alternate between the cold plunge and the hot pool. The magic is in the switch.
Absolutely. We offer dedicated youth recovery sessions for active kids in sport. Under 16s are $20 for 30 minutes or $30 for 60 minutes. Kids are supervised and always welcome.
Shared. The space holds up to 10 people. It's social, not silent. If you want a private session, book a group session for your crew.
